"Bourbon Street is a casual place that has painstakingly lifted itself above the sleaze surrounding it. A large rectangular bar populated by potbellied pundits – often left over from Vietnam and Air America days – greets you as you enter. To the left is a dimly lit dining room with a large fish tank filled with crawfish, a Louisiana speciality Doug raises locally."
