Himali Cha Cha is one of best Indian restaurant in Bangkok, and there's the story behind it's creation as complex as a Moghul curry .

Back in the mid-'70s. as the Vietnam War and related flare-ups came to an end, a number of Westerner gravitated to Bangkok-among them mercenaries, spies,disaffected veterans,and freelance war reporters.

Bengali Fish Curry: an old staple of cha cha's native bengal. usually quoi fish.

Prawn Massala: famous thai shrimps fried in the careful Indian masala spices.

Prawn Curry: north Indian style curry with it's myiad of spices

Prawn Korma: a more delicate balance of spices, with onion, yogurt etc.

Mutton

Mutton Korma: korma is the rich creamy curry of the northern moghuls.

Mutton Masala: mutton in the dry style curry from the Himalayas.

Mutton Curry: a thickly spiced curry - chilli hot only if you request it.

Mutton Chutni Walla: strongly spiced, in a special green vegetable masala.

Mutton Dopezia: a famed Indian blending with onion, spices, yogurt.

Keema Masala: minced muttton in a thick northern masala.

Liver Masala: liver in the carefully spiced masala sauce.

Brain Masala: again done in cha cha's thick masala curry.

Gurda Kapura: an old muslim favorite of kidney done moghul style.

Dahl: a staple of India. Four lentil beans - chana, mung, musure, thuur changing day to day to make this lentil stew.

Mixed Vegetable Curry: market vegetables, dry northern India style.

Chana Masala: chickpeas cooked masala - in a thick curry sauce.

Palak Paneer: cha cha's own cottage cheese in green spinach sauce.

Aloo Ghobi: aloo, potatoes, and Ghobi, cauliflower, spiced.

Mutter Aloo: peas and potatoes with spicing.

Chicken Masala: chicken in a thick, well spiced, masala curry.

Chicken Kashmiri: a rich Himalayan blend with dried fruits, nuts, yogurt.

Chicken Curry: the careful northern spicing is only hot if you ask for it.

Egg Curry: whole eggs in a thick curry sauce.
